Barnet's multiples into one volume.

Barnet, with one of the longest and most distinguished careers in the history of American art, has an original
style instantly recognized around the globe. His work has entered virtually every major museum in the
United States including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the National Gallery of Art, the Museum of Modern
Art and the Whitney Museum of American Art. Abroad, he is represented in the collections of the British
Museum, the Ashmolean Museum and the Vatican Museum.
A devoted printmaker with a technical expertise encompassing a variety of media,
Barnet has treated printmaking as a serious undertaking in its own right. Having
taught and influenced several generations of printmakers around the world, it is
through his remarkable legacy in prints that he has found his widest audience.

The artist's catalogue raisonne featuring 223 black and white and color plates and with a forward by Joann
Moser, Senior Curator at the Smithsonian American Museum of Art, is now available through John Szoke Editions of New York.
